HR covers all areas of people management from recruitment and selection, all the way to retirement (and everything in between!!). HR is responsible for writing the policies we expect our staff to adhere to and implementation of some of those policies if our staff fail to do so.

The aim of the bespoke commissioning includes support in all aspects of people management, inclusive of case management, investigations, disciplinaries and all other HR matters.
